Jade offers authentic Chinese cuisine of exceptional quality and warm hospitality, amply earning for itself the reputation of its precious gemstone namesake. With its revamp in 2017, the restaurant upped the ante by unveiling a more focused culinary direction by Executive Chinese Chef Leong Chee Yeng and new interiors, enhancing the dining experience for connoisseurs.
Flanked by the Singapore River, Town Restaurant is ideal for power breakfasts, hearty lunches and dinner buffets. On Friday and Saturday, the dinner spread is elevated by an aromatic selection of meats and seafood, charcoal-grilled at the al fresco area. The Premier Collyer Suite evokes a sense of couture elegance drawn from the opulent history of classical styles. Reside in style in the generously proportioned one-bedroom suite that comes with a spacious living room.
The Loft Suite is a distinctive two-storey duplex suite with splendid high ceilings. A spiral stair extends from the living room on the lower floor to the bedroom above. Eight Loft Suites line the building, each featuring original double-storey French doors leading out to a balcony, complete with views of the Marina Bay waterfront.
Beautifully designed with wall motifs that date back to the 1920s, this is the hotel’s grand suite. The Governor Suite features a luxuriously furnished bedroom, an elegant dining room fitted with Bang and Olufsen sound system and television, and a kitchen.
Formerly the card room of the elite Singapore Club, the Presidential Suite is beautifully appointed and comes with a baby grand piano and a private elevator for discreet access.
